Meditative Lap Swim
Enjoy 45 to 60 minutes of rhythmical, relaxed swimming at the EdgarMay. The lights will be off and candlelight will line the perimeter of the pool. Slow down, feel the water, and enjoy the sensory experience.
Pop-Up Shoulder Mobility
In this 30-minute pop-up mobility class, NASM Certified Stretch and Flexibility Coach Zoe Lirakis will focus on both stretching and the mobility of your shoulders. This class will incorporate stretches and exercises to assist in improving shoulder mobility.
Ladies Who Lift with Zoe
Ladies Who Lift is your go-to small group training program where women of all ages come together to build strength, confidence, and mastery of the gym
Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Certification
This class meets the requirement for many employers including schools, child care, fitness professionals, etc. Participants 14 years and older will learn First Aid, CPR, AED, and emergency response from a certified Red Cross Instructor.
