Ignite is a dynamic 4-week performance fitness program designed specifically for youth ages 11 to 14. We combine strength training, conditioning, and agility work to help young athletes build a rock-solid foundation for sports and life.
But it's more than just training. It's about learning how to train. Our expert coaches guide teens through age-appropriate workouts that develop proper technique, body awareness, and gym confidence. From functional movements to injury prevention, Ignite empowers participants with the skills and mindset to thrive in athletics today and maintain healthy fitness habits for life.
