Strong Stride is a hybrid training class designed specifically for runners, cyclists, and swimmers looking to enhance performance and durability. This session runs Tuesdays, October 7 to November 25, 2025 from 5:30-6:15PM with Coach Zoe.

In this 8-week small group program, we will work through a targeted combination of strength training, functional movement, and mobility work. You’ll develop the muscular balance, joint stability, and movement control needed to train harder and recover smarter. Each 45-minute session focuses on improving posture, core strength, and biomechanics to help prevent common overuse injuries and support long-term athletic development. Whether you're building a base or chasing a PR, this is your foundation for a faster, stronger, more resilient body.
