Ski Strength with Adam

Snow will be flying before you know it, and we want to help you make it the best ski season you've had in years. The best exercise for skiing starts with strength training. We believe implementing effective strength training is essential to your winter sport success so we have developed a 4-week specialty small group training program to help you prepare.

This session runs Fridays, October 3-24 from 11:15AM-12:00PM with Coach Adam.

In this four-week program you will receive:

  • One-on-one fitness evaluation with a personal trainer

  • A customized training plan

  • Four (4) small group workouts with a personal trainer

  • Full support and accountability from our staff
