In the session, we'll focus on strengthening your core, the powerhouse of your body, through a combination of exercises targeting the abs, obliques, lower back, and hips. But we're not stopping there! The More part of the class includes full-body exercises that will help improve your posture, balance, flexibility, and endurance.
You'll work with a variety of equipment and your own body weight to ensure maximum muscle engagement and variety in your workouts to build core stability, improve posture, balance, coordination, enhanced flexibility, and injury prevention.
This pop-up, on Wednesday, December 11 from 5:30-6:15PM, is designed to push you towards your fitness goals in a supportive and motivating environment and give you a sample of what our four-week program will offer.
