Meditative Lap Swim

Enjoy 45 to 60 minutes of rhythmical, relaxed swimming at the EdgarMay. The lights will be off and candlelight will line the perimeter of the pool. This mellow swim is a great way to de-stress this winter. Slow down, feel the water, and enjoy the sensory experience. No talking or deliberating.
