Introducing GAGE: Gracefully Age with Group Exercise. Designed for adults who want to move better, feel stronger, and stay independent, GAGE blends expert coaching, functional fitness, and community connection — all in a supportive small group setting.

This session runs Thursdays, November 6-20, 2025 from 11:15AM-12:00PM with Coach Adam.

This 3-week program includes:

  • 3 weeks of personalized guidance in a small-group environment (max 6 people)

  • Workouts that support balance, mobility, strength, and joint health

  • Strategies to help reduce pain, prevent injury, and build resilience

  • A welcoming community that encourages, supports, and inspires you to be your best!
