Balance Class


Join Balance Class with Adam Garcia for expert instruction that will work your muscles and your mind to keep you upright. This Small Group Training program incorporates proprioceptive, field of vision, and reactive challenges to improve your balance in all situations. Whether you are looking to avoid a fall or improve your performance, balance will play an essential role in reaching your goals. Learn how to train balance safely and effectively under the professional guidance of the EdgarMay PT staff. All ages welcome. Class is held Tuesday mornings from 10:30-11:15am at Studio Momentum, 71 Main Street.
