Youth Fitness Orientation

Is your child interested in using the Fitness Center? Our Youth Orientations are an opportunity for youth (ages 10+) to meet with one of the personal trainers and learn how to safely use the machines and best practices of the Fitness Center. Participants will also receive a workout plan.

Following the orientation, the youth and their parent or guardian will go over expectations and sign the youth contract. After this is complete, the youth may use the Fitness Center as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian until they reach 14 years of age.

Youth orientations are FREE, but registration is required through the Front Desk. Stop by in-person or call 802-885-2568 to secure your session. There are three sessions available on Wednesday, January 14:

  • 6:30-7:00PM

  • 7:00-7:30PM

  • 7:30-8:00PM
