Women’s Strength is back by popular demand with personal trainer, Zoe Lirakis, running Tuesdays, October 3 to November 28 from 6:30-7:15PM. Women are invited to join us for this semi-private group training session and enjoy guaranteed gains in the gym with expert guidance from our experienced personal trainers and a customized workout program.
