Women's Strength with Kristen

Women’s Strength is back by popular demand with personal trainer, Kristen Miller, running Tuesdays, October 17 to December 12 from 7:00-7:45AM. Women are invited to join us for this semi-private group training session and enjoy guaranteed gains in the gym with expert guidance from our experienced personal trainers and a customized workout program.

Program includes:

  • Eight (8) semi-private workouts with a Personal Trainer

  • Full support and accountability from our training staff

  • A custom workout chart
