Women’s Strength (Wednesday)

6 Women, 1 Goal: Get Strong! Women are invited to join us for this semi-private training session and enjoy guaranteed gains in the gym with expert guidance from an experienced personal trainer and a customized workout program. This program includes 8 semi-private workouts with a personal trainer, full support and accountability from our training staff, and a custom workout chart.

This is an 8-week small group training session that will run Wednesdays from 11:15-12:00PM, August 2 to September 20. Space is limited. Registration is required. For more information, contact Adam Garcia or call 802-885-2568.
