Before you dig into your Thanksgiving Feast, join the 2024 Toonerville Trail Turkey Trot 5K on Thursday, November 28 at 9:00 AM. The event starts and finishes at the Toonerville Trail trailhead at 280 Clinton Street. Proceeds will benefit Meals on Wheels of Greater Springfield and Springfield High School Cross Country. Donations of non-perishable food items for the Springfield Food Bank will also be welcome.

Strollers or leashed and costumed dogs are welcome.

After the run, we will provide light refreshments. New this year, run participants will receive Turkey Trot finisher socks! Prizes will be awarded for Top Male/Female Finishers in their Age Group, Best Costume, Best Gobbler, and more!

If you’re unable to attend in person, you can join the Virtual Trot, where proceeds will also benefit Meals on Wheels and SHS Cross Country.

Registration is available online or in-person at the EdgarMay Front Desk. Packet pick-up will be available Wednesday, November 27 from 3:00-5:00pm at the EdgarMay or on Thursday, November 28 from 7:45-8:45AM at the Toonerville Trailhead.
