Tone and Transform is a fitness experience designed to help you build strength, improve endurance, and transform your body. In this 8-week small group training on Wednesdays, January 22 to March 12, from 5:15-6:00PM, you'll use a variety of equipment and bodyweight exercises to target all major muscle groups, enhancing overall fitness and kickstart your strength building.
