Teen Athletic Performance Training

It’s never too early to start prepping for the fall sports season! Teens ages 12 to 19 are invited to join the EdgarMay’s Teen Athletic Performance Training, a 4-week small group training program focused on building flexibility, strength, speed, and agility. This program is for teen athletes in-between sports seasons or looking for supplemental workouts in addition to their practices.

The next session will run Wednesdays, July 9-30 from 6:30-7:15PM.
