Session: Thursday, August 6, 2026 from 7:15-8:00AM with Sharon
Prepare for the fall sport seasons by spending time in the summer working on power, speed, and agility to improve jumps, quick turns, and fast feet. We will work both in the Fitness Center and our outside turf area using free weights, kettlebells, weighted sled, and agility equipment such as ladder and plyo boxes. Our focus will be to build flexibility, strength, speed, and agility for teen athletes in grades 5-8 between seasons or in addition to sport practices.
