The Stroke & Turn clinics are for current and future Stingrays swim team members. The clinic will run 5:00-6:00pm. Participants must be able to swim all four strokes. We will break down each stroke with specific drills designed to strengthen the kick, catch, swim, and turn. For more information, contact Julia Lamb.
