Start Strong is a beginners’ fitness class designed to introduce newcomers to exercise in a welcoming, supportive environment. The class focuses on building confidence, teaching basic movements, and laying a solid foundation for a sustainable fitness routine. This 4-week session runs Tuesdays, February 18 to March 11 from 9:15-10:00AM
In this small group class, you will:
Build strength and endurance in a manageable way
Learn proper exercise form to prevent injury.
Boost confidence as you progress through each session.
Meet others on a similar fitness journey, creating a supportive fitness community.
