Strength Training for the Older Athlete

Presented by Adam Garcia, CPT, and Kristin Thibault, PTA, this seminar on Wednesday, January 21, 10:00-10:45AM, will explore the physical changes that occur with aging and practical strategies to maintain strength, mobility, and bone health. We will discuss age-related systemic changes, injury prevention and recovery, evidence-based dietary guidelines, and targeted exercises designed to improve strength and reduce fall risk. The program will include live demonstrations as well as dedicated time for questions and discussion.
