Run the Dam Run

“You can do the dam run!”

Have you wanted to run the Dam Run but are worried about injuries or aren’t sure where to start your training? In this 8-week small group training, participants will meet weekly with Coach Zoe Lirakis to gain the strength and mobility to stay injury-free throughout run training and receive a beginner’s run plan in order to prepare for the race on Saturday, June 8. This session runs from April 11 to June 6 from 5:30-6:15pm. For more information, contact Zoe Lirakis.

Program includes:

  • Custom strength training plan

  • Beginners running training plan

  • Eight weekly strength training sessions and support

  • Entry into the Dam Run on June 8 in North Springfield
