Move Better Monthly is our FREE 45-minute program where you can get trusted information from our experienced fitness staff and a workout. We will cover a variety of topics.

This month’s Move Better topic is Osteoporosis & Strength Training. During the class on Monday, March 9 from 3:00-3:45PM, we will discuss what Osteoporosis is, why doctors prescribe strength training to either help prevent it or slow its progression, and how to train for increased bone density! The discussion will be followed by a light workout which will implement the concepts discussed.
