In this pop-up 45-minute small group training session, we’re focusing on a no-nonsense approach to building full body, functional strength. There will be a mix of upper, lower, and core exercises designed to help build a strong foundation to kickstart your exercise routine.

This is Part 1 of our No Nonsense January Series where we will unpack all those trending exercise tips and suggestions you see and hear every day, and get down to what is right for you and your body. This 4-part series includes Strength, Mobility, Flexibility, and Cardio.
