Mobility & Strength Training for Athletes

Whether you run, bike, or swim, as your training increases often taking the time for mobility and flexibility can decrease causing injuries or aches and pains to start happening. Our new 8-week small group personal training program focuses on common areas (shoulders, hips, and knees) with weekly mobility exercises to help with any possible injuries and keep your body moving healthy and happy.

This program runs Monday evenings, July 15 to September 9, from 5:30-6:15pm in the Fitness Center. For more information, contact Coach Zoe Lirakis.
