MBM: Fitness for Longevity

Move Better Monthly is our FREE 45-minute program where you can get trusted information from our experienced fitness staff and a workout. We will cover a variety of topics.

This month’s Move Better topic is Fitness for Longevity. During the class on Wednesday, August 12, 5:15-6:00PM, learn how to train in the gym to make life easier outside of the gym and why this is important for all ages. We’ll discuss why it’s important to train for your goals and learn exercises to make everyday life easier. Participants will also receive a workout chart to get started.
