Intro to Masters Swim

Try Masters Swim for FREE on Monday, November 14 from 7-8am. Masters Swim is open to adults (19+) who are looking to improve their fitness through swimming. Workouts build upon stroke skills, speed, endurance, and technique. Masters Swim will be led by Kristen Miller, Director of Health and Wellness.

Participants should be able to comfortably swim 300 yards.
