February Masters Swim


Masters Swim is open to adults (19+) who are looking to improve their fitness through swimming. Workouts build upon stroke skills, speed, endurance, and technique. There will be three workouts per week. Masters Swim will be led by Kristen Miller, Director of Health and Wellness. Kristen is a trained US Masters Swim Coach and a former Division I Swimmer. Participants should be able to comfortably swim 300 yards.

Practice Times:

  • Monday 6:00-7:00am with Kristen Miller

  • Wednesday 7:00-8:00pm with Julia Lamb

  • Saturday 7:00-8:00am with Kristen Miller

Community: $70
Drop-In: $15 per workout
