Masters Swim is open to adults (19+) who are looking to improve their fitness through swimming. Workouts build upon stroke skills, speed, endurance, and technique. There will be three workouts per week. Two workouts will be led by a coach and the third will be provided to individuals to complete on their own.
Masters Swim will be led by Kristen Miller, Director of Health and Wellness. Kristen is a trained US Masters Swim Coach and a former Division I Swimmer.
Practice Times:
Monday 6:00-7:00am with Kristen Miller
Wednesday 7:00-8:00pm (Group Workout)
Saturday 7:00-8:00am with Kristen Miller
Participants should be able to comfortably swim 300 yards.
