Ready to join a group of like-minded ladies to learn safe and correct ways to lift heavy? Join Ladies Who Lift with Zoe Lirakis for this small group training in the Fitness Center. In this 8-week program, we will focus on lifting, building strength, and growing our power with expert guidance from a personal trainer, full support and accountability, and a customized workout program. This program is designed for those who have a good base strength and are ready to take it to the next level.
