Ready to join a group of like-minded ladies to learn safe and correct ways to lift heavy? Join Ladies Who Lift with Zoe Lirakis for this small group training in the Fitness Center on Thursday evenings from 5:15—6:00pm. In this 8-week program, we will focus on lifting, building strength, and growing our power with expert guidance from a personal trainer, full support and accountability, and a customized workout program. This program is designed for those who have a good base strength and are ready to take it to the next level.
