Healthy Habits

Healthy habits shouldn’t be painful. They should be enjoyable, and they should also be as easy to adopt as possible. There is a mindset that we have to make things so much more complicated and difficult than they really need to be. If you have struggled with forming new habits to improve your lifestyle, maybe you need to make your habits easier. There are several ways to do this. In this workshop, join Director of Health and Wellness Kristen Miller as she will give you the tools to help create healthy habits that stick!

The workshop will be held Saturday, November 11 from 9:00-11:00AM at Studio Momentum, 71 Main Street, Springfield.
