GAGE: Gracefully Age with Group Exercise

Designed for adults who want to move better, feel stronger, and stay independent, GAGE (Gracefully Age with Group Exercise) blends expert coaching, functional fitness, and community connection — all in a supportive small group setting.

This session runs Mondays, March 2-23, 2026 from 11:15AM-12:00PM with Coach Adam.

This 4-week program includes:

  • 4 weeks of personalized guidance in a small-group environment (max 6 people)

  • Workouts that support balance, mobility, strength, and joint health

  • Strategies to help reduce pain, prevent injury, and build resilience

  • A welcoming community that encourages, supports, and inspires you to be your best!
