Fit 101 with Zoe

How do I start? Where to begin? Not sure how to begin your fitness program? Join Coach Zoe for Fit 101 Small Group Training Tuesdays from 5:30—6:15pm. Have fun learning the fundamentals of strength, flexibility, mobility, and cardiovascular training. Maximize your gym time and get your program off to a great start with expert guidance in this four-week program.

Fit 101 includes:

  • Weekly small group workouts with a personal trainer

  • Custom workout chart

  • Full accountability and support from our fitness staff
