The 2026 Vermont Senior Games Swimming Championships will be held at the Edgar May Health and Recreation Center on Sunday, May 17.
The meet is open to athletes 50 years old by December 31, 2026 or older, as well as Masters swimmers ages 18+. Vermont Senior Games medals are only awarded to athletes aged 50 and older. Out-of-state swimmers are welcome and encouraged to participate.
The entry fee is $35 for up to six events. Choose from 14 different races, covering various strokes and distances.
This meet is a qualifier for the 2027 National Senior Games, scheduled for June 30 to July 11 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. All swimmers finishing in the top four in their age group, in each event, will qualify for the 2027 Nationals.
Athlete check-in will begin at 8:30am. Warm-ups start at 9:00am, and the first event goes at 10:00am. More information on races and registration can be found at www.vermontseniorgames.org. Registration is due by Thursday, May 14 .
Please note: On Sunday, May 17, ALL POOLS will be closed from 8:00am to 1:00pm for the Vermont Senior Games.
