Teen Athletic Performance Training

Teens ages 12 to 19 are invited to join the EdgarMay’s Teen Athletic Performance Training, a 6-week small group training program. We will focus on building flexibility, strength, speed, and agility for teen athletes in-between sports seasons or looking for supplemental workouts in addition to their practices.

The next session will run Thursdays, February 27 to April 3 from 7:30-8:15PM.
