Prepare for the spring and summer running season by building strength, mobility, and flexibility in the gym during the winter. In this small group on Tuesdays, February 11 to April 1 from 5:15-6:00PM, runners can enjoy guaranteed injury prevention and strength building that focuses on common runners' injuries. Work with expert guidance from an experienced personal trainer and a customized workout program to optimize your off-season training for real results. This program is great for beginner runners just getting started and the more experienced runner.
