Our 4-week Pickleball Prep small group training program will bring your pickleball game to the next level. We have designed a strength training program guaranteed to improve both your strength and agility on the pickleball court.

One-on-one fitness evaluation with a personal trainer
Customized workout
Four (4) small group workouts with a personal trainer
Full support and accountability from our training staff
